The Homestead Shed is the ONLY
kit that meets South Florida's tough building control requirements. To meet Miami-Dade County
approval, the 5" Hilti fasteners system described in the Homestead assembly manual
must be used. The DCAK100 Anchor Kit is included with the shed kit. This
anchor kit is designed to secure the Homestead building to a concrete slab which needs
to be poured prior to shed installation. Masonry drill bit, hardware and installation
instructions are included.
The Homestead Shed is made of
heavy .016" steel for greater durability in severe weather. - Snow load rating for
this unit is 39lbs / sq. ft. The Homestead Shed has swing open doors for easy
access. Long lasting vinyl coated steel. No Maintenance. 15 year limited warranty. All
parts pre-cut & pre-Drilled for easier assembly. Colors: Wall: Eggshell trim. Roof: Taupe
