Yorkshire 12' x 20' Wood Shed
This EZ shed is big enough for even the most enthusiastic gardener with room
for mowers, lawn care tools and more. You get ample 12’ x 20’ of storage, plus
a second-floor storage area. If you don’t use something often, put it in the
loft storage to keep it out of your way. You choose placement of windows and
shutters or opt for charming gabled windows to make it look even more like a
small home. Pre-cut wood of the highest quality provides the basis for your EZ
shed, and your choice of vinyl siding lets you match the Yorkshire to your own
home.
Optional floor kit saves time and costly
material waste. Owner will need to add 4x6 treated timbers for floor to
rest on. Other options include window-and-shutter
kits. Window openings not pre-cut, so you choose placement of windows. The
upper window are 14" x 24" in size. The lower windows are 18" x
36". The front entry door to be purchased locally.
2nd floor loft provides
storage for those "where do I put it?" items. Ideal storage
for seasonal decorations and your other treasures. Access to loft through a
48" x 66" opening in floor. Ladder to loft area or pull down stairs
by owner.
Pre-cut hip rafters,
pre-built roof gable along with pre-cut gable trim pose less of a challenge.
However, this roof style requires more time and experience than a straight
roof design. You may want to hire a professional to install the flashing and
roof shingles.
Pre-built doors (6' wide
x 6'-9" high opening) are furnished for one end wall. they can be
installed on the left or right end of the building. The siding is OSB
siding which is then covered with vinyl siding that you buy locally. The 6' wide side door can be placed on either end of the
building.
