The Riviera 12' wide wood shed is known for providing simple elegance, making it one of the most popular medium sized shed kits that we carry.

 

The Riviera comes not only in 12' wide, but also in 16' wide as well. It features decorative octagonal gable windows and single hung windows that have decorative shutters for added elegance. The openings for the windows are pre cut, and the windows are included, making this a simple kit to install with no extra work necessary.

 

We also include step by step instructions making this a nearly fool proof design.

Your wood storage shed is created using pre-assembled sections for the walls and trusses. Trim is pre-cut and ready to attach. The pre-assembled sections assure "squareness" and reduce assembly time. Windows are not included in the basic kit with the exception of the one window next to the door and the round gable window. You can optionally purchase more windows only when ordering the shed kit.

Your  shed also includes framing and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and fully illustrated, step by step instructions. And, the shed is covered by our materials replacement guarantee. If any material in your kit is less than perfect on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you!

I. Optional Wood Floor System
 


 
 

For a fast, fool-proof foundation, select the optional wood floor systems for your shed kit. Where noted, wood floor kits are included with smaller EZ Up shed kits. Larger models offer an EZ Up Sheds® wood floor system upgrade. This includes:

  • Clear instructions with simple assembly drawings

  • Pre-cut treated floor joists spaced 16”

  • Pre-cut 5/8” OSB flooring

  • Nails

 

II. Materials to buy locally for your Storage Shed
 

From a local lumberyard, buy shingles, roof edge and roofing nails. Where possible, choose shingles that match the roof on your home.

III. Add a Cupola For Added Beauty & Style!

Add that special touch to your EZ shed! A Cupola. Durable polyethylene. 22×22 base; 34" high, plus 14"  silhouette weather vane. Two tone color scheme with 7 colors to choose from including white, light grey, dark grey, tan, brown, Dark Green and Light Green.

IV. High Wind Truss System Now Available!

The trusses are designed to handle severe snow loads of 40psf and 90 mph wind loads. Simpson hurricane hangers are provided. High Wind trusses are available that meet 140 mph wind load. In addition, if you live in a high wind area you must securely anchor the shed to a concrete slab which needs to be poured prior to shed installation.

Optional windows are only available when ordering a shed kit.

 

a. Decorative Wood Windows with shutters: Single hung windows with screen and decorative wood shutters. 18" x 27" dimensions. These aluminum window provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Window fits between vertical studs. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled. Size: 18" x 27".


 

b. Decorative Gable windows: Octagonal gable windows illuminate the interior and beautify the exterior looks. These windows fit above the front door and/or on the rear window. The gable is the triangle area above the front and rear vertical walls.

Octagonal window fits between the vertical studs. Size: 15˝" x 15˝". Stain or paint before installation for a clean finish.
