The large-hinged Colonial double-doors aren’t the only feature that makes the
Williamsburg Colonial shed a popular choice. The panelized wall sections with siding
already attached come together quickly to make it a convenient choice for all your
storage needs. Choose the optional floor kit, and you’ll have everything you need to
get your shed up and running-even the hardware. Two windows complete with screens
and Z-shutters give this shed a distinctive appearance. You choose the size so you
get the perfect shed to meet your needs, whether large or small. Add your own paint
and shingles to make it the perfect match to your home.
All hardware to assembly the shed is
included.

Notes:
First number of the building size is the truss
size (8' x 10' building has trusses 8' wide)
There is roughly a 6" to 8" overhang
on buildings
If you are building your own floor, the floor
will need to be the exact size of the shed
A crushed stone base is recommended that is
1" wider on either side of the shed
A concrete base is not recommended as the siding
overlaps the side of the wood floor about 3" and there is no
moisture barrier. You can retro fit for this, but instructions are not
provided
