The Greenfield comes in your choice of sizes, ranging from a roomy 8’ x 8’ to
12’ x 24’. You can purchase the optional floor kit or provide your own, and add
paint and shingles you purchase locally to match it to your home’s style and
give your property a coordinated look.
This shed has large-hinged double
doors that swing out, giving it that old-time Colonial style. The barn shape
adds its own quaint charm, as do the Z-shutters and the hand-crafted louver.
Pre-cut pieces and pre-sided wall panels and all the hardware you need make
quick work of assembly.

Notes:
First number of the
building size is the truss size (8' x 10' building has trusses 8' wide)
There is roughly a
6" to 8" overhang on buildings
If you are building
your own floor, the floor will need to be the exact size of the shed
A crushed stone base
is recommended that is 1" wider on either side of the shed
A concrete base is
not recommended as the siding overlaps the side of the wood floor about 3" and
there is no moisture barrier. You can retro fit for this, but instructions are not
provided
