You will receive two shipments: one will come directly from Best Barn's manufacturing center located in Pennsylvania. It will include all the framework that is pre-cut along with a second assembly manual, hardware, windows (if ordered optionally ordered), doors, etc. The second delivery will come directly from your local home improvement center and will include exterior sheathing, roof sheathing, floor components, etc.

And, the shed is covered by our materials replacement guarantee. If any material in your kit is less than perfect on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you! Before beginning construction, get a building permit and make sure designs conform to local building code.
